Questions

  • It should fit in the theme of WILD.

That’s up for interpretation. But also don’t pick your favorite song - pick something you can PERFORM to and be embodied with. It should feel good in your soul!

Theme: Where the Wild Things Are

The Vibe: Think untamed, instinctual, expressive. This is your space to explore your WILD side.

  • NO!— Two nights and two completely different shows. It's going to be a WILD weekend. We will coordinate which nights work best for performers and then the other night is yours to attend as an audience member!

  • Sure thing!

Doing a single act if fine!

  • Yes, but duo/groups will only get one act.

    member!

  • Nope! You should start planning and working on your act as soon as you submit your $30 deposit. The course is built to help you polish and elevate what you’re already creating.

  • May 16th! We will send an email.

  • Check out the program description for a full breakdown! This course is designed to help you refine, clean, and confidently perform your act with an intimate audience.

  • We’ll have a few designated make-up options available so you can stay on track.

  • Let us know, we'll see if there is a work around! We are considering moving the FULL rehearsal day to Saturday August 2nd so we have more time to practice. Then Sunday August 3rd can be a "make up" rehearsal day.

  • Because this isn’t a talent show. It’s an immersive performance experience that takes dedication, consistency, and real practice.

We’re not just throwing you on stage — we’re building something with you. And we want you to feel the most BADASS.

And, we also want you to get to know the people you’re doing this with. Not just in rehearsal mode, but outside of nerves and run-throughs too. This becomes your cohort, your support system, and the WILD energy behind this show.

  • For showcase performers: all tips collected during performances are expected to be donated directly to the fundraiser.

Our showcases use tipping as an interactive fundraising tool — not as personal dancer pay. The goal is to collectively raise money for the studio and community projects, including new X-Poles, flooring improvements, and future mutual aid initiatives.

If you are not a stripper or professional nightlife performer whose labor/job is directly tied to earning tips, then collecting personal profit from simulated “club-style” tipping can come across as performative and harmful to the industry. We want to be mindful and respectful of the labor that tipping culture originates from while still creating an engaging audience experience.

In this show, tipping is participation in the fundraiser, not individual compensation. The audience is contributing to the growth of the studio and the community as a whole.
